  3. Got two chipmunks the first day!

    Chipmunks we’re chewing on vinyl deck furniture. Wires in my car. Wood in my house. Real pests! I read reviews and attatched a wire handle. Also put bait on foam packing material. Bait was peanut butter, peanuts, sunflower seed so I did not need to clean the trap plate. Geez!
    I wish I found out about this a couple years ago. Very easy to use

    Very effective! Caught six mice over the last three months in our guest room and released them miles away. Used cheese as bait. Tried D-con traps without success.

  5. Small size worked great at catching chipmunks and mice.

    I had 2 chipmunks eating my tomatoes. Caught both with the small size trap within 24 hrs and relocated several miles away. Also caught a mouse, so trigger is sensitive enough for mice too.
    Seems pretty sturdy. I like the auto-locking door (a bar slides down and prevents the door from opening, so even a squirrel wouldn’t be able to push and force it open).
    I highly recommend it for humane capture and release of pesky critters. Just release them far, far away….

  9. If a squirrel gets into these, they damage the mechanism....oops.

    This was easy to use, and we did get rid of a few garden pests before they could enter the home … checking the trap often to make sure they were freed safely far away. We did, however, entice a squirrel to check out the peanut butter and he made a mess of the hook mechanism…. (he was released unharmed but frightened.)

  10. need heavier wire gauge

    i was using this with great success until I had a mouse who was able to cut one of the side wire mesh and squeeze out through the mall hole. a heavier gauge wire mesh could solve the issue
