We accept returns for exchange or refund 45 calendar days after delivery of the product. Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition”.
Definition of the new, unaltered and unused condition is:
- without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
- within 45 calendar days of the delivery date (after 45 days no returns are allowed)
- must not be a special order or a custom order
- unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 45 days noted in that item’s particular item description.
For some items, we provide free to replace service if damaged in 180 days like the mousetrap, rat trap etc.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately.
We can only refund shipping costs if your return is due to any of the following reasons:
- We sent the incorrect item(s)
- Item(s) arrived damaged
- Item(s) did not work because of a manufacturing defect
